Yellowfin tuna has a mild, meaty flavour. The meat is bright Red in its raw state, but when cooked it turns firm and moist with large flakes.
Our Yellowfin tuna can also be served raw as sashimi and in sushi.
Storage instructions: Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible. Not suitable for home freezing.
