The largest of the flat fish, halibut has a beautifully mild sweet tasting flesh with a firm but tender texture. Even though halibut is not classed as an 'oily fish' it is a great source of essential Omega3 oils; important for brain-power and concentration.
Storage instructions: Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible. To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and aim to consume within 3 months.
