The Grange vineyard was planted in 2011 in Burge's Field, Hampshire. The soil beneath Burge's field has a deep chalk layer that helps to store the water for the vines during the stormy months for the summer heat. There are three different grapes varieties grown - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier - and each variety has its own character.
Tasting Notes: A lovely pale gold colour with a pleasing, persistent mousse. Fresh lemon and orange zest on the nose with hints of apple, white fruits and brioche. Pairs well with fine slices of ibercio ham and rich smoked fish
