Suffolk Salami company was created from Lane Farm, Brundish in Suffolk. Lane Farm has always been a family run enterprise and they were one of the first producers of salami and chorizo within the UK in 2005. They are proud winners of the East of England Co-op Sourced Locally Producer of the Year award.
Taking the finest cuts of our home reared Suffolk pork we add salt, spices, garlic and rosemary and then hang them to air dry until they are ready to eat. Can be eaten straight from the pack or used in cooking
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Antioxidant Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative Sodium Nitrite, Mustard Flour. Made from 160g of pork per 100g of finished product.
