Tenderstem broccoli, flaked almonds, olive oil
- Fill a saucepan with water for the broccoli and bring to the boil.
- Carefully place the broccoli in the saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt to taste.
