Ingredients:

Tenderstem broccoli, flaked almonds, olive oil

Method:

  1. Fill a saucepan with water for the broccoli and bring to the boil.
  2. Carefully place the broccoli in the saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toss the broccoli with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt to taste.
