Seggiano olive tomato pasta sauce
Olive pasta sauce, sugo alle olive, is typical to Puglia, the heel of Italy, where many table olive varieties grow. The family producer uses fresh vegetables, their own stone milled extra virgin olive oil & local Rosate di Bitetto olives in this sugo. Heat the sauce gently and add to piping hot pasta, with freshly grated parmesan cheese as desired.
Ingredients: Tomato pulp 68% (tomato pulp, acidity regulator: citric acid), pitted olives 14%, fresh vegetables (onion, carrot, CELERY), Italian extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, sea salt.
