Red Lompe eggs, also called lump eggs, is as everyone knows, the substitute of caviar. Indeed, they share the same flavours of the sea as caviar and at a much lower price. Lompe eggs are a must for appetizers. They are enjoyed on toast or as an amuse bouche.
