Black lumpfish eggs , also called lump eggs , it is as everyone knows, the substitute for caviar. Indeed, they share the same flavours of the sea as caviar and at a much lower price. Lumpfish eggs are essential for aperitifs. They are also enjoyed on toast or as an appetizer.
