Monkfish tail portions
The Standard preparation for the Monkfish Tail is skinned and trimmed ready for cooking. This fish has a fine flavour and is very versatile. The fish can hold a lot of flavours and is perfect for BBQ's or marinating ready for a home cooked curry.
Storage instructions: Fresh fish is best eaten straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible. To freeze; place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and aim to consume within 3 months.
