Crispy golden salmon and seasonal greens - Main (serves 2)
Salmon is a delicious oily fish which has a rich content of protein and packed healthy omega 3's. The Salmon is sourced from the UK and expertly prepared by our Fishmonger from Thyme & Tides Deli.
This delicious meal can be created at home following the step by step recipe guide.
Happy Butter Ghee
Salmon fillet skin on
Seasonal greens or kale
Pre-heat oven to 175º C
Place fillets skin side up on a greased oven proof dish.
Smear ½ Tsp of ghee onto each fillet skin.
Place in the oven and cook for 18 mins.
Whilst the salmon is cooking, gently fry the greens for a few minutes in the ghee
Add a few drops of Tamari if desired.
Serve with the salmon
