Seggiano black rice grissini
Produced by Seggiano, grissini breadsticks are the classic appetiser from Piemonte, in northern Italy. They are handmade by a family bakery, which has produced grissini since 1945. The classic recipe uses locally milled flour together with flour from Italian black rice and extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Artemide black rice flour 36%, Italian extra virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt, Barley malt.
